I can verify the honey..tho it has to be raw , pure , and unpasteurized honey. I used to take a small sip or two when I'd wake up in the mornings back when I drove truck. And the diff was like day and night how I'd feel with or without it. I'd get plenty of energy and felt 100 times better as the day went on..now adding extra virgin olive oil which is also great and lemon with all its benefits would be amazing..I'd say adding a little apple cider vinegar would be a great boost too

I will never say olive oil is not good for you.but please people keep in mind it all depends on how you grow your trees.i have 3 Akers of land one aker has 45 trees that are four years old know.the other two Akers have 50 trees 30 years old .I have seen what other crop ouners do to grow oils..and let me tell you it's killing people instead the chemicals that are being used to grow a tree for olives is criminal. just the roundup chemical that Thay use to get the wild grass around the trees in it's self is anuff 😢 to destroy all good purity from the oil .I have seen this first hand at oil factorys the chemist 🧪 say it's a global problem.. I drink 1 tsp of virgin olive oil with lemon juice before breakfast and before bed . But I don't know if the virgin olive oil is pure or not.
